In short: the app collects no personal data and uses no servers, and this website uses no cookies. We only process your email address if you choose to join the beta list.

The app
- No accounts: we do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Everything stays on your phone: your progress, answers, exam date, application steps and the documents you add are stored only in the app’s storage on your device. They are not sent to any server and we have no access to them.
- Reminders: expiry reminders are local notifications scheduled by your own phone. You can turn them off in the app or system settings.
- No ads or analytics: the app includes no advertising or tracking libraries.
- Deleting your data: you can reset your progress in the app settings. Uninstalling the app deletes everything.
App stores (Google Play and the App Store) process their own data when you download the app or make a purchase, under their privacy policies.
Beta and launch list
If you sign up with the form on this website:
- Data: your email address, your phone type (Android or iPhone) and the language of the page.
- Purpose: to tell you when the beta opens and when the app is released, to give you access to the beta and to send you the full-access code if you take part. We will not send you anything else.
- Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box and confirming your email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
- Who else processes it: emails are managed with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, within the EU), acting as data processor. If you use Android and join the beta, we add your email to the tester list in Google Play Console so that Google can give you access to the test.
- How long: until you unsubscribe and, at most, twelve months after the app is released. Then we delete the list.
This website
- No cookies: this website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. That is why you will not see a cookie banner.
- Sample test: it is marked in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere.
- Hosting: the website is served through Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, temporarily and under its own privacy policy.
- If we ever measure visits, we will use cookie-free analytics that does not identify people, and we will say so here.
Your rights
You can write to us to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. If you think we have not respected your privacy, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Changes
If anything in this policy changes, we will update this page and its review date.
